libarpack2-dbg software package provides Fortran77 subroutines to solve large scale eigenvalue problems (debug), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libarpack2-dbg
libarpack2-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libarpack2-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libarpack2-dbg *
You will get with libarpack2-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
